"Waiting times not very good"

Thanks for taking the time to post, it's great to hear that you have had good experiences with your doctor and the reception staff but obviously it's a shame that your experience of waiting times has not been good.

We do our best to stick to the appointment schedule but it can be very easily affected by either clients attending late and so being taken in by the doctor after their appointment time or by an appointment taking much longer than planned for because the doctor feels the client needs extra help.

As you will hopefully have experienced, our staff try to be flexible according to our clients needs but this flexibility has a knock on effect which I hope you can appreciate.

An option that might be available to you is to book into one of the first appointment slots of the clinic session (morning or afternoon) so that any delays are kept to minimum.
