Thanks for your posting. It's good to hear that you are pleased with the doctors at Guernsey House but a shame you have had a bad experience of waiting times.

As you will probably know, the staff at Guernsey House do our very best to be flexible to clients' needs so although we try very hard to keep to the appointment schedule and to keep waiting times to a minimum, there are times when a client has urgent and complicated needs that mean their appointment lasts for longer than their allocated time. We ask all of our clients and staff to be understanding about this.

You can usually avoid this type of delay by booking into one of the first appointment slots of the clinic session (morning or afternoon).

I hope you will notice improvements in the amount of time you are waiting for your appointments and continue to receive good service from our staff.
