What I liked
The staff on South Crofty Ward were extremely friendly and courteous. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble. The staff were a credit to the profession and the hospital. The night staff were quiet at all times which is a very big bonus when trying to sleep.
You should be proud of yourselves and should be used as a showcase ward for the rest of the hospital.
