About: Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital

What I liked

I thought the nurses worked as a team and made me feel really relaxed and safe. The staff were kind and friendly which made my stay in hospital much better. I was treated very nicely. Although i did not go into hospital because of my diabetes i was given some very good advice on the matter. Nothing was too much trouble for the nurses and the hospital was very clean. i would certainly recommend this hospital.

What could be improved

I feel there was nothing to improve on.

Yvonne,

Thank you for your feedback, I am really pleased that the nursing staff at the Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother Hospital made you feel relaxed and safe, being in hospital can be a worrying time so it’s important we are able to make you comfortable to so that you can get better quickly. It’s great to hear that you received some extra advice about diabetes, we always try and look after the whole person rather than just the problem that brought them into hospital.

Thank you for recommending our hospital, we really appreciate it.
