What I liked
Most of the staff that worked in my work were fab!! its such a shame that are so heavy handed, not empathic and really make a hard experience worse.
Overall the staff are fantastic, the doctors amazing, the cleaning staff friendly and helpful !
What could be improved
more empathy please ...
