What I liked

I was in Princes ward and it was so clean. This was my first ever operation under general anesthetic and I was quite nervous, but consultant and his team, Sister and her team were so caring it made me feel so lucky and very proud to have the wonderful NHS, Thank you all so much.

What could be improved

I have had to come away without my medication, which at 6.00pm hadn't arrived. I did get my own medication before hand on advise from relatives just in case.

Many thanks for your feedback, which we will make sure gets shared with the team on Princes Wing at the QEII. We are aware of the problems some patients can have with regards to what we call take out medications - we're working on this and improvements are planned to take place soon. In the meantime, we wish you a continued and full recovery.
