(as a service user),

Guernsey is out of the way - find it hard to get to.

The doctor I see is really good and I get home visits from a drug worker which helps me.

A bad point is my script getting messed up and not being there at the chemist when it should be.

Thanks for taking the time to post about Guernsey House. It's good to hear you are happy with your doctor and with the home visits from your drug worker.

Although Guernsey House does have good transport links, we know the location won't be convenient for everyone so we offer 'satellite clinics', where you can see Guernsey House staff and receive the same standard of care in other locations in the city - ask your drug worker about whether a satellite clinic might be suitable for you.

Sorry to hear that there has been a mistake with your prescription - if you discuss the specific incident with a member of staff they will be able to look into it and at least give you an explanation as to how it happened.
