(as the patient),

I have been visiting the dermatology department for several years at Rotherham General Hospital.

I have been attended by specialist nurse Rowenia (sorry I don't know her surname). But all I can say is that she has been wonderful in her meetings with me. I cannot speak too highly of her. All the staff I have dealt with in this department have been wonderful.

I cannot speak too highly of the other departments. I have attended some for operations. This comment also goes for my wife.
