(as a service user),

I find the people very pleasant and don't really have anything bad to say the only little thing is that sometimes you have to wait quite a while but that's life.

Thank you for providing such a good service.

It's great to hear that overall you find the service good and your comments about the waiting time will be considered alongside the others that have been posted. We endeavour to keep waiting times as short as possible whilst remaining flexible to the needs of clients.
