What I liked

I fractured my foot yesterday. Arrived at A&E at 7.15, and was seen within ten minutes of arrival.

Had an x-ray within half an hour. Told about my fracture, bandaged up, and given an appointment to go to the fracture clinic the following day, and back home by 9.15. I could not have had better care from the porters, nurses or radiologist.

Following day, again seen within 10minutes, and plastered up within half an hour. great job. Thank you.

We are so lucky to have such a great hospital.
