What could be improved

have been in for three ops within 6 months every experience was different, the most recent was good, the one before a nightmare, all due to lack of care and ignorance of procedure,food is inedible and i mean rubbish, receiving pain relief is a chore every day, like its an inconvenience to some of the staff nurses my iv came out so i was left without pain relief or antibiotics for 36 hours no one really seemed to care all in all depends what shift you get
