When the nurse had finished chatting to another patient, I showed her my doctors sick note and explained why I was there, my doctor said he would like me to have an x-ray to prove my patella wasn't broken or fractured, she looked down her nose and smiling said well we don't do x-rays on Mondays, I suggest you go to the Cumberland centre in Plymouth, didn't even want to look at my injury, it was an attitude of go away and don't bother me, I will never go there again and neither will my sister who was with me, she was disgusted by the nurses attitude, rude, pompous, didn't care. This was on the 8th of August.
"Dreadful, never going again!"
