Single rooms
En-suite facilities
Most staff friendly and helpful
Reasonable quality and variety of food
What could be improved
Medical knowledge of some staff
Occasional undignified / inappropriate approach to individual patients
No internet access - wi-fi would be greatly appreciated
Explanation of available facilities on arrival, or in brochure
