What I liked
Last month I had the second of two knee replacements at the North Tynside General Hospital. During both of the 3 day stays I could not fault the care and attention I received from all staff. In these days of critisim of the NHS the professional approach to my care and the seriousness to which infection control was taken was beyond reproach.
