What could be improved

last time I was in phlebotomy it was chaotic and I feel v sorry for the staff working in such unacceptable surroundings

Just tried (aug 2011) but unable to book blood test as not enough staff to answer phone and see too patients

Anything else?

you can not expect staff to work safely in such a chaotic environment with so little space - does the healthcare commissoion know about this? staff doing as best as they can in impossible situation
