What I liked

Just a quick mail to say "thank you" for such an oustanding service. Recently I accompanied my Fiancee to Moorfields Eye Hospital A&E as she had a minor injury to her eyeball. We were both amazed at the efficiency and standard of the service she received. From a patients perspective this was an example of the NHS at it's best. Patients we're being seen with minimal waiting time and the staff were freindly and informative.
