My granddaughter was recently admitted to Sheff Childrens Hospital and stayed in hospital for 3 nights. They were fantastic with her from the moment she went to A&E to the time she was admitted and the care and attention they gave.
But HP surgeries are something else. You can never get appointments. I needed and appointment and couldn't get through by phone - constantly engaged or just ringing out. went to surgery no appointments left. What do you do?
