What I liked

The xray and ultrasound team were very professional and explained all the tests that I was to have. They put my mind at ease.

What could be improved

The coordination between departments. It took 3 months for the letter from the infertility clinic to reach the ultrasound team. Why does it take so long for a letter to travel in internal post?? The telephone manner of some staff throughout the process has been very poor. Very inconsiderate when referring to infertility "It just states Infertility as the reasons for your tests. Not anything else" really isn't a great way to be dealt with.
