What I liked
The consultant, when at last I got to see her, was very pleasant and seemed competent and efficient.
What could be improved
Better signage (or more explicit explanation when I asked for help).
A friendlier receptionist. Most staff seemed too rushed even to smile.
A shorter waiting time - or a more comfortable environment in which to wait (natural light, more air, more chairs, comfortable chairs, a vending machine close-by).
Anything else?
The information on the website re. car parking charges is incorrect. I expected to pay £1.50 for 6 hours, as stated; however, when I got to the machine the charges were £2 for 2 hours and £4 for 4 hours. Since it is impossible to know how long one will have to wait, I had to pay for 4 hours. I consider this charge to be unacceptable.
