What could be improved

pharmacy control i was told on the sun night that i was to go home the following and indeed did however if i had not had to wait over 8hrs for my tablets i would have been able to leave alot earlier than the eventful time of 21.30, it was absolutely disgraceful and added undue stress to what was already a stressful time.

Anything else?

because of the type of anesthetic i was given for my operation i had toiletry problems resulting in some bed wetting at no time was i offered any facility to enable me to clean myself only wipes which without a towel were useless, absolutely degrading .
