"Confusing automated system"

About: Good Hope Hospital / Haematology

(as a volunteer/advocate),

I find the automated ticked machine confusing for people who are waiting to have their blood taken.

When the number is called it says to 'report to desk' and this desk is round the back of the block to a door, lots of patients have to ask where to go.
