About: Royal Victoria Hospital (Folkestone) (Folkestone)

(as the patient),

When I eventually went in to have the blood test, the phlebotomist was lovely and commented on how long I'd been waiting.

She listened when I explained about where it was best to take my blood from and I felt she actually cared about her patient's feelings.
