About: Ashley House / Substance Misuse Service

(as a service user),

I have been put on a probation order to help me with my drug use but I have yet to receive a reply from them. I don't think i have the support to make it work, but for now I live on the street.

I am disappointed to read that you are not getting the support that you require. could i ask you to contact me ( David Holmes, ARCH service manager) at Ashley House in order for this to be resolved? We have the services in place that can address these issues and i shall make it a priority for these services to be mobilised to support you.

Alternatively, you can ask for a manager who will assist you.

We aim to provide the best service possible and always appreciate feedback that will help us identify where systems are not working adequately.
