What I liked

Today my four year old little boy decided to do an impression of Superman and jumped off the top of the slide in our local park.

I would not call the flight graceful at all and he landed with a thump on his bottom.

Obviously i was very concerned with his well being as he screamed like i had never heard before and complained of a sore back.

Worried, i tookhim to Stafford Hospital for a professional opinion.

Once he was booked in, the triage nurse saw him within 5 minutes ( although the hospital was busy )

He was then called to see a doctor who was friendly and very understanding, yet again we seemed to be rushed through the waiting patients.

The standard of care was at the highest standard and all staff were very understanding.

I dont live on the moon and have heard bad reports about the hospital but after my experience today i will have nothing but praise for the staff.

Luckily no lasting damage was done and he will be fine. Thankyou for putting my mind at rest
