What I liked

my four year old was struggling to breath, we were seen almost immediately and everything was explained all the way through and we had no complaints about his level of treatment at all, lovely staff and couldnt have asked for more both in a and e or puffing ward

What could be improved

Just slightly lacking in information regarding facilities for parents who stay ie where showers etc were and parent kitchen, also that cbeebies free on tv, found this all out through other parents but level of care outstanding so this trivial really

Anything else?

I work at another nhs hosp and was very impressed
