What I liked

The treatment I have received from all staff on wards 11 and 20 during my stay for two operations was magnificent. In particular i would like to say a big thank you to the doctor who saw me at their clinic the morning after I had attended A & E. I was operated on the same day.

She explained clearly what treatment I needed and put at ease my concerns. This was followed through by ward visits after my operation, time to answer my questions and a 'big smile' throughout. I felt cared about.
