To actually try to remember who the patients are by name. Instead of guessing

This hospital does not even know who their patients are now it seems. I rang up tonight to see how my Dad was, the nurse said there was a young lady sitting by my Dads bed, I said who? Nurse said, I will bring her to the phone, I replied ok! The lady came to the phone and I said, who are you and why are you visiting my Dad his name is, bla bla, she said I am not visiting bla bla, I am visiting another patient, the nurses have got your Dad mixed up with another patient. If they dont even know who my Dad is, how can I trust them to give him the correct treatments. Especially when it is them who are treating him and his name is above his bed.
