I went for my second set of scans to see what the problem is with my stomach which has been worrying me. The music from the piano being played in the reception helped me to relax and calm down.
The volunteers are really helpful as they talked to me while I was waiting for my appointment and they too helped me calm down.
I also had my blood took and the nurse was very kind to me.
