What I liked
I was welcomed to Day Surgery Unmit and kept informed about the delay being experienced. Staff came back several times to explain the delay and to talk about the treatment I was about to undergo. They were polite and reassuring at all times.
Anything else?
I am having to have further tratment and while Andover War Memorial is not my local hospital I would choose to go there.
