What I liked

i was a day patient at the holbrook unit on 30th november 2010 and more recently on the 19th july 2011 the care i received was second to none i couldnt have been treated any better if in had paid privately for my treatment from the minute i entered the unit i was treated with dignity and respect from every member of staff the procedures where explained accurately i was talked through every minute thing in the theatre by the consultant, the nurses were friendly and chatty this took my mind off everything that was happening anyone who reads this who is going to the holbrook unit for any kind of treatment take it from me you are in safe hands and under the care of wonderful dedicated people, to the consultant and staff i thank you from the bottom of my heart xxxxx
