What I liked
We took my 15 month daughter to A and E on a Sunday morning and feared a long and difficult morning! However, the speed, efficiency and kindness of the staff and the treatment we received proved our fears to be unfounded.
We were seen by the triage nurse very quickly and Sophie ws then seen by the doctor equally quickly. Decisions were made and then x-rays taken and finally she was put in plaster. The staff were very kind and treated her with great care and gentleness. They also kept us fully informed of what they were doing and thinking about course of treatment etc. Finally, we were called the following day to attend the fracture clinic where again we were seen quickly by professional caring and kind staff who helped Sophie feel at ease and made a worried parent feel that they were in very safe hands. Many thanks to all involved.
