What I liked

I have been coming to the northern general hospital now for about 30 years so have seen many changes all in my opinion very good ones. The doctors and staff have always been of a very welcoming helpfull manner but also very caring too. I came into hospital a few weeks back and was so comfortable with the surroundings and the cleanliness was excellent to some of the hospitals ive visited to see my family. I found all the staff kept me up to date on everything that was happening to me and left the hospital knowing when i return in the next couple of weeks to have my valve replacement operation i will be in very good hands.
