I will give our new hosp 3 out of 10.
No instructions for parking.
Screens detailing patients names cannot be read by partially sighted. Also breech of confidentiality!
No sign posts outside of hospital.
Parking barriers nightmare! The hospital does not tel you that if you are on benefits you do not pay for parking. Barrier failed to lift. Had to find intercom button with difficulty to get someone to let me out.
My blood pressure reading was up because of this. Poor show Pembury.
