Parking Fine! arrogant parking attendant, "Don't worry Love! it's only 5 pounds!" put on vehicle at 3.23pm still stood by vehicle at 3.31pm . £2 for 4 hours? 06,07 Parked in a restricted area, nothing on floor or signs,was parked between lines, 07 parked not wholly within the confines of a designated bay and causing obstruction to other users. since this was a space betwwen lines one side had cross hatch not touching, and nothing at other side, sounds like a money making system inforced that "only 5 pounds" on top of paying £2. iand i have a major operation coming up there, makes me wonder whether to cancel.
