What I liked
On my first visit, I was seen early (!) by a very attentive consultant. Nurses were extremely friendly!
On my second visit, doctor (different) one was also very keen to help)
What could be improved
On my second visit, I was seen 45 minutes after my appointment time, by a different doctor as the one I was meant to see hadn't turned up!
On both visits, the reception staff were unhelpful, rude, and didn't seem to care about patient service.
"Doctors and nursing staff good,..."
