(as the patient),

My therapy was cut short abruptly due to 're-structuring' of the mental health services in my area, and my therapist was relocated to a new area. This has completely undermined my treatment and left me feeling worse than before I began therapy.

I was very sorry to read of your experience and concerned that contact with the Trust had exacerbated your anxiety at an already difficult time. The situation you have described is absolutely not the standard of service we would wish to provide and on that basis I would strongly urge you to contact me directly in order that this matter can be investigated further.
