Felt very much at easy, Dr Jacobs at Conifer House was very helpful and kind. Settled my mind a lot and made me feel comfortable and not embarassed. Seen very quickly and all satff i have met today have been very friendly, polite and efficient.

Thank you for taking the time give feedback about your experience of Conifer House. We are delighted to hear that you are happy with the care that you received from all the staff in Conifer House and your comments have been passed on.

We are pleased that you were made to feel comfortable whilst attending one of our clinics at Conifer House. It’s great to hear that your experience reflects the results of our satisfaction surveys (2010-11) where 93% of service users strongly agreed or agreed that they were made to feel comfortable answering personal questions.

One of the areas that we have been working hard to improve is reducing waiting times. We have recently implemented a new system to ensure that service users are seen as quickly as possible and by the correct member of staff, so we are encouraged to hear that this is working well.
