"Doctor worked quickly and efficiently"

About: Sentinel Healthcare Southwest Community Interest Company / Dermatology (skin)

(as the patient),

Small procedure to remove a cyst from scalp. Reception was very good, clear and informative. Doctor doing operation was friendly, nurse distracted me from discomfort with conversation whilst Doctor worked quickly and efficiently.

My immediate questions were answered and I left feeling I had been properly dealt with and treated well.
