I have received a lot of support from the CDT. I also enjoy using rhe facilities like the breakfast club as you can chat to people who have experinced the same as me.

We have had a lot of positive comments recently ,similar to yours about the breakfast club . it seems that the club is not just only helpful to the individual who attends it but that it also helps us to improve our engagement with our service users .Please therfore promote it to anyone else you know who might find it useful .It is also good to know that you are being well supported by the CDT.
