What I liked
I was at a festival in Knebworth last week, when I was taken ill, I was transferred by the Medroc team at the festival to Lister Hospital, I am very grateful to the teams who looked after me within the Coronary wards, thank you very much, first rate medical care, supportive staff members, I felt I was treated by people that cared about me, the personal touch from all Coronary care staff was amazing. At a time when I was scared and in a strange hospital which is not my home county it meant so much to be to be in the company of people who were professional yet approachable.
The food was always hot and well served with lots of choice too, overall my stay was very positive and the medical procedure I had was nothing short of superb.
Thank you all for all the care you gave to me, I shall never forget any of you.
Best wishes
Lisa
