What I liked

The professionalism , understanding, communiation and support to myself as the patient and to my partner and family by all , from the Health Care Assistants to the consultants and various '...ologists' I had visit and care for me.

The staff and care of this hospital during my three week hospitalisation was significantly greater than that I experienced immediately prior in another hospital in the North West where I was for three weeks.

I cannot thank you enough.

What could be improved

Accuracy of dietary requirements, special requests were frequently made through staff ie cooked breakfast as determined by the dietitian, these on occasions didnt materialise.

Anything else?

I am so proud of my local hospital and the excellance of my lead doctor that I am going to email the Hospital CEO with my congratulations, appreciation and commendation of my doctor who was relentless in pursuing the unknown in my condition.
