What I liked

Most staff were friendly.

What could be improved

Communication betwenn staff and departments and also with patients.

Cleanliness of ward was v poor - dirty floor ('fluff' behind bed and cupboard!)

Anything else?

It would be very helpful if all staff introduced themselves both by name and their job title/position when meeting you for the first time.
