What could be improved

The general administration in Medway is well beyond a joke. From incompetent GP referal, pathetic and dishonest response of the GP Practice management and wasted weeks waiting for an appointment at the Will Adams centre.

Finally seen at Medway Hospital where complete failure of joined up thinking has led to months of further delay. Why does no one at the hospital have the slightest ounce of common sense or initiative?!

Promised physio over a month ago, nothing has been forthcoming, on one has contacted me. No one from hospital has bothered to contact me regarding test results either. Utterly hopeless. I give up.

PS Note to Chief executive...a two hour wait an Xray is not accetable
