"Outstanding in all areas!"

What I liked

The way that my Great Grandmother was treated on all Wards (4A, Rehabilitation 1, Ward 7, Recovery). She always received the highest of standards of care whilst in Gloucestershire Royal Hospital. Care, Compassion and Dignity were always present.

What could be improved

The communication between wards seemed to be lacking at times (not often though!)

Anything else?

I would like to thank all staff on the wards for their always caring and concerned attitude. You gave us back our Nan. A truely exceptional hospital inside that ugly Tower Block. Thank-you.
