"Found the Why Weight programme so helpful"

attended the 12 sessions held once a week at Park Street in Hull
Received help and information on my lifestyle and what a difference I could make if I lost 5% of my BMI
Raffi, Joann and Emma were brilliant class leaders and kept me informed every week of either new recipe, exercises (found the hola hoop brilliant) or possible ways to avoid certain triggers which would make me turn to either sweets or alcohol
Also shown how portion sizes of food and the actual size of the plate. I found this particularly useful.
The ladies were fully committed to helping me in any way they could and I did loose the 5% of my BMI which I am hoping will help me with a medical problem I have.
In fact I am certain that it will.... I have to go back to see the ladies in August for a check on my progress. I am a little worried as I am going on holiday in a couple of days and know I am going to find it hard but know I will get back on track when I go to the Why Weight session.
