What I liked

staff were very polite proffesional and friendly. female nurse practicioner was very kind and caring and gave me choice of pain relief. .

best and quickest treatment i have ever received in a hospital. pleasse pass on my thanks

What could be improved

waitnig area a bit tired looking but the fantastic treatment overides that.

posh isn't always best.

Anything else?

nurse practicioner arranged a dvd of x-ray to be made for me to take to my local hospital with referal letter . she tried to arrange my appointment with them but the system of booking appointments had changed from when i worked there. please thank her for me.

i was seen on 14th july 2011 at approximately12 pm.

Thansk very much for taking the time to let us know. Glad the treatment was fantastic. The waiting area is looking a bit tired but building work on the new hospital (and new MIU) is well underway and it'll open in around a year's time.
