One ward ok, in other wards the staff did not care

What could be improved

Everything. Surgeons change their mind between talking to you and the operation an hour later. Bowls of sick left on side, nurses not worried. Equipment rusty and dried blood on floor in chemotherapy ward when you are the first patient in e morning.

Anything else?

Break NICE Guidelines for diagnosing breast cancer. Should be 3 weeks and it took eleven. Waiting 4 weeks for results, twice, and then being told cannot see oncologist for 6 to 8 weeks. Am making official complaint.
