What I liked

I recently spent 24 hours in the accute medical ward and feel compelled to feedback what excellent service I received from all the staff who attended to my case. All staff were genuinely concerned with my well being. I was treated as an individual. Although all the staff were very busy neither I nor anyone else in my ward was forgotten or neglected in any way. The way the staff managed to attend to so many different requirements and needs of patients who were all transitting through the department was a miracle. I should like my appreciation of what they did to be passed on to them and my admiration for such dedicated hard work. Staff worked well as a team. My last stay in hospital was 11 years ago and the difference between then and now was astonishing. What a welcome suprise. Thank you everyone from a very grateful customer.

What could be improved

I was admitted to the accute medical ward and could not find the correct service department but would like my thanks to get to the staff of that department. They were excellent.
