What I liked
Very modern and calming welcome to the ambulatory ward for surgery. Very impressed with the "cath lab" where ablation was performed. It was ultra-modern and made me feel that I was in good hands. Staff were reassuring and friendly and introduced themselves to me and shook my hand just before surgery commenced. Staff were attentive and available if needed. After one night's admission I was swiftly discharged home. Evening meal was good. Breakfast was fine. Provided with sufficient liquids and impressed with the cleanliness and thoroughness of cleaning. I felt very grateful to live in a place where we all have access to such highly skilled professionals.
What could be improved
Nothing I can think of.
Anything else?
Thank you to all the staff for their hard work and commitment.
"Excellent new hospital. Modern, clean..."
