What could be improved

Had trouble communicating with the Eye Specialist, they were stand-offish and disinterested in patient experience. After waiting 6hours despite having an urgent GP referral, he was unfriendly and aggressive and made a very minimal attempt to explain his examination and results. The next steps were not clearly communicated to me. There were many patients there who were unfamiliar with the NHS system and their open distress at waiting so long and at his attitude did nothing to improve his disposition.
